Being a resident on an island that is geared toward tourism means that the selection of take away foods available are usually the spoil yourself holiday food which if eaten too regularly doesn’t do you much good. With people’s workloads and busy lifestyles it is sometimes hard to find the time to go and sit down for lunch by the time you have waited to be served and for the food to be prepared the afternoon has almost gone. Not only this but eating out every day can prove very expensive.

The Lunch Box is a fast and cheaper lunch alternative that will keep you healthy and save you money. All of our products are made fresh daily and we us low fat ingredient to ensure you keep your figure.

If you can’t make it to us then order by phone or on line and we will bring your lunch to you (orders over €10.00). Why not make your work place a healthy one and order one of our platters to insure everyone gets the nutrition they need.

These days there are so many different diets for people to try but the experts say the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and cut out the high fat and high calorie foods. Our daily specials, pastas and salad dressing have been taken from recipes from the most popular diets such as Slimming World and Weight Watchers.

It is always difficult to be sure you are eating healthy as you never know what goes into your food , at The Lunch Box you can choose from our pre packed sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, pasta boxes, fruit boxes and desserts which are all have labels telling you exactly what is in them.

If you don’t see what you like don’t worry about it, we can tailor make your sandwiches and baguettes right in front of you. You choose the fillings from a large fresh selection; choose the bread from brown, white, seeded rolls and many more. Make them as healthy or as unhealthy as you like.

Choose from different size take away boxes and fill them high with our fresh salad. It's freshly prepared throughout the day to give you a huge range to enjoy. Have a box for lunch or take one home for a fresh and healthy addition to your evening meal.

There's plenty of opportunity to top up on your five daily portions of fruit and vegetables, you can choose between crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, tasty coleslaw, crunchy red & green peppers, white and red onions, fresh cucumber slices and delicious pasta and potato salads and lots more.

Then make it your own with low fat dressings and accompaniments that will add a little something special to whatever you choose. With so many fresh and tasty options to choose from, the combinations are endless.
